The Pet Meadow crew has officially stopped moving. The temp got over 80 the last two days and you would think everyone is in the Sahara Desert! I think they are all signing a petition to get the air conditioning turned on early. Mom might sign it soon as well!
In the meantime, I saw this the other day and it made me chuckle. This is from a BigCatRescue.org (and here is their youtube channel). I love when rescue groups for wild animals find creative ways to enrich the animals time in the enclosures. They mentioned putting ‘favorite scents’ on the boxes, I am scared to ask what that might be fore a lion. Fun to watch them enjoying themselves.

This one with Easter eggs (filled with some sort of powder) really made me laugh. The leopards were the most goofy in my opinion. Hard to imagine an animal that size bouncing around.

While I was bopping around their videos, I saw some newer videos where they had to rescue bobcat kittens and find a domestic surrogate momma cat to take care of them. She is going to have her hands full!

OMC! The big cats playing were a blast! Just like the lazy HouseCats at home. IF you can get ‘em to move, that is!
